Fan cobbles are available either 50 or 65mm thick. Their slightly convex sides ensure correct spacing and formation of the interlocking fan design.

Fan Cobbles are laid in the same way as square cobbles. Each fan consists of 41 cobbles, in 17 different shapes. Each cobble is numbered for ease of laying.

The slightly asymmetrical pattern together with the subtle colour variations, ensure a natural appearance over the paved area.
